Use the Affinity Diagram to rank your ideas from those having the strongest connections, or affinity, to those with the weakest. Organize your brainstorm into stratified sections and use them to decide on what’s next for your team.
The template is divided into four sections: Brainstorm, Top Group, Second Group, and Third Group.
