The Scenario Mapping Template can be used to better understand your user’s process and help identify areas that you can improve. Use it to flesh out intended or ideal scenarios, or gain key information on your user’s current scenario.
This template outlines what your user is doing, thinking, and feeling during a typical experience with your product. It is divided into four sections: Phases, Doing, Thinking, Feeling.
