About the KALM Retrospective Template

Part of the Agile Scrum framework, the KALM Retrospective Template fosters a conversation around a team’s current activities and the perceived value of them.

KALM stands for Keep, Add, More, Less, and the template is divided into these four sections. Add notes on what the team is doing well and the value of it under Keep, use Less to highlight things that have been done but you’d rather be doing less of, More is where you bring attention to activities that are currently happening and you believe there should be more of, and Add are new ideas that you think can add value to your process.
